Service Description

Before my arrival we will schedule a private Zoom session that unpacks your frustrations and queries regarding your current business offering. From this session we will discuss your offering and pricing and we will consider the options and training required to ensure elevation from the onsite visit and training session. The onsite training session includes: 1- Menu Development: New menus are developed especially with you and your business needs as priority as well as understanding the needs of your guests and the local producers who live nearby. 2- Onsite private cookery class: demonstrating the new recipes with a 1:1 cookery class where we cook each recipe from scratch, troubleshoot live and plate and picture each dish so you know exactly how to recreate each dish. This confidence building cookery class ensures you are equipped with the skills to elevate your offering. 3- Bespoke house recipes: from our 1:1 class we amend and create recipes that are bespoke to you and your kitchen. 4- Menu engineering and allergen inclusion: your menu is designed by Tracie using your logos and branding so that all you have to do is press print! 6- Onsite business review: after the cookery lesson, Tracie will review the property and amenities and trouble shoot any business issues. From this one day session you will receive your onsite review with recommendations and an action plan that ensures growth. You also receive your tried and tested designed and engineered menu for immediate use. This one day is the difference between you staying the same or you increasing your offering and prices to in order to charge more and earn more!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is charged. Please ensure you double-check your diary and ensure you are available to make our power sessions. Once you book a service I am making myself available IMMEDIATELY as it is an immediate block booking of my time. I can reschedule with a MINIMUM of 5 days' notice at no cost to you. After that timeframe, you are charged full price.
