Ballymaloe May Fair at 
Ballymaloe Grainstore & Ballymaloe House.

For the second year, I have been fortunate enough to be the organiser and MC for Ballymaloes May Fair Cookery Demonstration shed. A 3-day event where we welcomed Ireland's passionate chefs to impart their knowledge, passion, and expertise on our live demo stage. I also was fortunate enough to collaborate with Ireland's creative drinks producers to complement many demonstrations with drinks pairings. This was to highlight the new and exciting producers that we are so lucky to have on our beautiful island.
