1) This one-day turnaround takes your business apart and puts it back together again. Start with a one-on-one Coaching session in order to paint a clear picture of what this business means to you and to unravel a few potentially tough truths.

2) This is followed by a mystery shop. Which includes a review of processes, hospitality, cleanliness, menu offering, speed of service, delivery and presentation.

3) A rapid-fire day where Tracie 'works' onsite with your team (chef whites at the ready) and pinpoints necessary areas that require immediate attention in order to increase revenue.

4) A intensive review of FOH and BOH systems. It is the overhaul that you and your business deserve.

5) It takes months to implement all of the agreed and recommended changes. Tracie sends you a review and an action plan after her visit so you stay on track and hold yourself accountable.

A 'Mystery Shop' occurs when you least expect it!

Its purpose is to see your business through fresh eyes. You don't have to be a food business to avail of this intensive service!

What is involved for a food business:

To uncover areas that need immediate attention from the front of house, systems, cleanliness, level of service, Cead Mile Failte, product display, menu analysis, food analysis, observations and a list of recommendations, observing staff and looking for areas that require improvement.

It starts with a visit that you may anticipate, but your staff will not. The intention is to see, in person, how your team works and what areas your team may need to improve upon. It is an undercover analysis that furnishes you with incredible insights.  Food and drink are sampled, products are purchased and the processes surrounding each order are observed and noted. A full review highlighting key areas that require immediate attention and a list of strengths and weaknesses will be sent to you directly, within a week. 

This service looks at menu ideas, simplifying processes, current equipment needs (a possible immediate equipment investment could yield potential revenue increase).

Tracie will highlight areas that require immediate attention and solutions to any problems that have arisen.

This exercise is intense and exhausting for you as Tracie does not hold back. Tracie will tell you harsh truths in order for you to act fast and take back control. It is virtually impossible for you to work IN your business and ON your business at the same time. That is why this one-day MYSTERY shop allows you to focus your attention on specific tasks and areas that will make the biggest difference.
